The seat is aprox. 18"wide x 18" tall x 18" deep. These are outside dimensions. The inside of the seat is aprox. 12" wide x 15" deep x 13" tall. Hope this helps.

Not sure what the frame of the seat is made of, the entire seat is upholstered.
