What the hell is up with the image center

Why the hell are they changing it so much .I go to upload some pics and there is not a upload icon and yes it reconizes me.This is getting old does any one know what I am doing wrong or what they have changed on it?Thanks jake

I gave up on that thing along time ago. I signed up for it and never got the email reply to activate it.

Well I have gotten it to work but it gives me a Error mesage on making it a thumbnail?These are the same JPG type pics I have been down loading.the size is 640 so it has been taking them the last 8 pics I posted.Just leav it alone HB.Jake

Well I got it working now must have been one of my photo shop photos was messed up.Jake

Jake, it was the Image Center. I was having the same problem.
