The President of the company called me today for a report on how I can cut cost for my district. You know, eliminating people and downsizing. This is the third cut, hope I am not next.

have them block HB on the company server,,that usually increases the average company's productivity by 18%:) :D

We have been having layoffs at my company too. We have cut 30% company wide in the past 2 months. :( I am the HR Manager and its not fun laying people off. :(
