How much are the fees to access MLS data?
Is it billed per county/area, and what is the subscription length?
How many MLS services are in So Cal?
Not buying or selling, and this is not to list a house, just to access the data.

They are all merging and will be a greater CA mls eventually. My local board PWR is about $645 a year. I just joined the Scottsdale board in AZ. It was only $425.
