That depends on age! Southwind and Rogers. Most of the boats that people like today are either a splash, copy, or a old mold that was bought or based on what made jet boats what they are today. But I had my first jet boat in 1972 so what the hell would I know.

Rogers IMO, I've inspected several different brands and of the brands I have inspected none have been in the same league of quality as Rogers Custom Boats hulls. ;)

My choice is Sanger, I have owned quite a few different boats but always have gone back to Sanger in some fasion. Now there are the dine a dozzen boats and then there are the one off real custom ones and they are always cool. Now my Sanger Custom Sprint Jet is a bit different than the Super Jet and the mini Cruiser. I let you know more after my third try at finishing the Parker 300.
