I usually re-torque the heads after the first hard pass if the motor or heads where just assembled.

Re torque heads one time after the engine is re-built.
Too much depends on your engine, your fuel, and that type of thing for the oil. Top alcohol you change oil every pass, injected alcohol with some poop, every weekend or so, and a good running gas engine for brackets, whenever you get a few too many dollars sitting around in your racing fund.

Re-torque after engine heats for the first time, oil change, begining of season for tunnel ram, begining and mid season for the blown deal, nut and bolt before every race, then double check between rounds with a good visual and feel.

Is it good to use redlines oil additive??
Im running gas, with a tunnel ram and it cost me around $60 every oil change,20/50 Vavaline Racing oil, but at the same time I want to keep my motor from comming apart if the oil breaks down.

I'm not too worried about the oil breaking down, just keeping it free of crud.
Changing your oil is kinda like taking a crap. It provides you some insight to what's going on inside, and it just feels good afterward...

Take a look at Valvolines PPM of zinc in your oil. If its low (I bet it is) then either start using an additive like EOS or switch oils. Redlines oil is god stuff, no additives needed but its pricey.
