Ok with the spring fast approaching it is time to get your dates in if you are interested in the condo as it books up fast. Allready have a few dates booked so let me know if anyone is interested. My snowbirds will be out at the end of March then it's open for summer rental.

Yes plenty of boat parking, several peeps from the boards have used it and liked it.The rate 75.00 for weekends, 100.00 a night for holidays (three night min on holidays), and 65.00 midweek.

It will sleep six in all the beds. The square footage is about 1000sqft.

It is on Montana vista off of Lake Havasu Ave. The condo is about a mile from the bridge and launching, very centrialy located. FYI we rent it out for 75.00 a night holiday weekends 100.00 anight 3 night min.
