I was there.Do you have anymore pictures?I have not thought about Nelson Hall in awhile.I beleive he was running tandem chevies in a modified Guasti.Would love to see some more.We also had some friends that were running a Kinndsvater with 427 ford (Elliot Olds) I beleive they won it one year.

Kind of funny that you post a pic from the year that Lou won.My friend Eddie McPheeters of Eddie's Inboard & Marine in Tucson,Who has been building Mandella's since the early 60's if not the late 50's posabbly(sp).He will have the black longdeck,#67,Also piloted by Casey Porter,that many of you saw last year but with a lot of changes.But to get to my point.If when you look at this boat and it doesn't take you back to the 60's nothing will.I think you wiil be taken back by Tyler Stevenson"s Hallet #69,also piloted by Dave Daer,that was rigged out of Eddie's shop.
