usages.What the hell is that!Ive exceeded my usage this month,thus theres a chance they suspend my account.
Anyone else ever get this?

damn bud what have you been downloading? I do a ton of file transfering and have never recieved an email like that

nothing new.Says my pc could have a virus sending mass emails.Same usage on this pc for years

after reading it again and looking at cox website it seems there more than a few internet packages...value package,preferred with power boost,premium with power boost.
Is this a Upsale from them?Im sure im value package

I just called them and asked if my COX wasnt big enough for my usage.

I have Cox and have never heard of that. Make sure this is not a "phishing" scam. You could have virus/worm that is hogging all your bandwidth.
Check in "Task Manager" under "Processes" to see if something strange is using all your processing power and under "Networking" to see if there is a lot of traffic when you are not actively downloading/uploading (all that porn):D
If you have a router, make sure "ICMP" (Ping) is turned off.
Something sounds "phishy"......:idea:

I totally agree. You might start with a call and see what your "real" account status is. DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING ON THE E-MAIL until you speak to them.
