On the thread note, I would give a nut to ride in a TT...I've ridden in Class 7 & 1...someone's gotta jump on this.

That f-150 is a dude that just raced Adelanto. Im sure it was an all black bike as well????

Yeah it was fun hanging in your neck of the woods. Not sure if I'll be at the river this month...still have plenty of Glamis time coming up I'll keep ya posted.

I would love to do something like this. I'm not sure if I have the stamina though for a long distance endurance run. I saw Fast Timmy after the 425 a few years back, and he's in way better physical condition then I am.

I co-drove 516 miles at the 2004 Baja 1000 in a class 7 unlimited truck. Long story short we ended up putting the truck on its side which put us down a couple hours and then got stuck in silt at about the 510 mile marker (which was 3am by this point and 16 hours in the race truck). By the time I got out of the truck I was completely exhausted and I was a wreck for a week after that.

The pushing, digging, changing flats, and riding the last 10 miles with our race jack between my legs and only a lap belt on. SHHEEEWWWWW I was beat.
