Well I made it! My junk ran good. Through a blade off my ET early in the race. Changed a prop at the pit stop then all was good. 7500 for three hours and 20 minutes. 115 gallons of fuel. I ended up 2nd in my class and 6th overall. I think there were 38 entries. I feel pretty beat up. Amazing how much it takes a toll on the body. Awesome day though. Wish you all were there. I dont know anybody on here that would not have had a great time checking out some of the hardware on the beach. Not to mention it was about 90* down there.

Jason,
Your boat ran great! It was fun watching you run out there. I had no idea that thing ran so free. COngrats on your finish. That race should have been yours if he whole propeller thing didnt happen. Nice seeing you.

Brad,
I was amazed at Mike Avila's boat. Holy Hell!!! That thing is bad ass for sure. I do think that the handicaps need to be adjusted. I could stand all day at the edge of the water and watch the WARPATH boat run. I enjoyed chatting with you and your dad. I hope you guys can make Phoenix.

Tony,
For sure, it was nice to see you again. Yeah if it wasn't for those 2 drives locking up we could have been up at the front for sure. I love that boat too and feel very fortunate to be as involved as I am with it. They should have this race like every few months, that would be cool. I agree the handicaps are a little out of wack and need to be further evaluated. I will get with my dad and see if we can make it up to Phoenix, that sounds like fun. Talk to you soon!
