From Elsinore to San Juan. Cal Trans and CHP incident pages are performing as well as hot boat does at times.

It was as of about 30 mins ago. One of employees at our Murrieta office lives in Oceanside and said he could get home via Ortega.
Good luck. Its going to be a mess.

I think if it's not closed, chp is escorting both directions.
