The Hillcrest area is open to residents with ID at this time. Hillcrest Pkwy remains closed at Sloan Canyon Rd..

i just called to check on my daughter and the ex said that they arent stopping people anymore on Hillcrest

Valencia is closed at the Old Road and Pico is closed a block past my street.
