Was this motor raced and how many hours/laps are on it? If it hasn't been raced has it passed tech as a SS motor? And is the crank stock or turned?

It was never raced just had some a couple of laps at the lake on it. Ill ask my motor builder tommorow about the crank and it would pass tech as an ss motor.
