Steve, out of the two places Piochet or Meadview which one do you like better? I saw a bunch of huge lots for sale in Meadview with some huge land around them, need to sit with you and the wife to talk about that place, looks like it may be a good place to retire someday. My wife says to tell your wife hello and lets go to dinner sometime soon in our hometown, she says if we left that up to either you or I we would end up eating a burger in Havasu next summer.... lol

pioche , big trees, four seasons
i'm retiring at my house in vegas
we eat every night, come by

they back up to the wash, so I can ride
atv's right off the lot legally
I also have a lot on deadwood, out by the rv park

I like that you don't have to build and you can stay on the lot for up
to 20 days in your rv, with 5 lots I can stay longer then I would want
