Tony Dungy's son found dead

LUTZ, Fla - James Dungy, the 18-year-old son of Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy, was found dead of an apparent suicide in his Tampa-area apartment early Thursday, the sheriff's office said.

The Holidays have the highest suicide rate. Its a very tough time for some people and they just can't deal with life.

suicide is a very selfish act, often committed to inflict pain upon family members,
Can't understand how someone could do that. If I get depressed....i just look at dicudmore's avatar.

That is extremely sad. Suicide is a very selfish way out. It only hurts family and friends. You wonder if he gave any cries for help. and nobody seen it. This is why you show your family and friends how much they mean to you, everyday!
