I'm looking to get a tuff shed or something similar for my back yard. I want it big enough to pull my Rhino in and have some room for storage. Something around 10' wide x 15' deep. Anyone know anything like that and how much it would cost? I checked Tuff Sheds website but can't find exactly what I want.

Thats what my dad said. I gotta price the materials. Just curious if it might be cheaper to buy a pre fab. Would I need a permit to build something like that Bobby?

Is that a pre fab or starting from scratch?

Normally, you have have a tuff shed installed on your porperity for less then the material cost.
It depends on your local code on rather or not you would need a permit. Generally, state wide if its 10X12 or smaller and is "movable" you don't need a permit. ( check your local codes and HOA bi laws)

10x10 is pretty safe for most of cali. but what you gonna do with a 10x10??? Mine is 12x10 and only room for 1 quead and other small stuff without getting too crowded

10x10 would be useless for me. I need to fit the rhino and have some extra room for some other things like my lawn mower and garden tool stuff.

My wife bought a tuff shed through Home Depot to store all her chix stuff and her Kawai and her Ninja.
It was about 20% cheaper than dealing with toughshed direct.
They are awesome units.
(Tuffshed will call to verify the order. The chick will ask how you want it set up, and her suggestions are helpfull.)
Get a window, and the shelfs are excellent, and a cheap addition too.
Tell them what you plan to do with it so they can give you an idea on the location to mount the shelf(s).
I think the wifes approx 12' X 20'.
It's mandatory if you own a tuffshed, you build a small service bar in it to entertain friends while you hang out with your toys..

I will let you store the Rhino for free in either Santa Clarita OR Lake Havasu.
Just leave the keys in it! :D

All i can say is have a custom kit built, so you can put the biggest shed you can fit in your space. It will fill up very fast. This is my 20'x30' with 10.5' walls/9x16 garage door (two foot higher than a standard door), and roof peak was 13,6" it is insulated, and has a 220V A.C window unit rated to cool 1200 sqft (25,000BTU's). I'm in Phoenix, and the A/C unit works great. I leave it set @ 90 Degrees F, unless I'm working in it.:D :D :D
It comes as a kit. the frame went up in one day and the siding and door the following day. I had to other guys helping me.
Code in phoenix is tricky, but if you read through them, you are limited to 120sqft (10x12) and the ceiling hight is limited to 8'0 without a permit. I got the permit.:D :D :D

I bought a 12 by 12 tough shed over ten years ago. It looks like new after all these years. They will make a custom shed for you any size.

No way you can build this yourself for $1-2k let alone have it built for that. You are looking at $4k minimum for a basic Rhino shed 150sf with no concrete work. I would say a nice little mini-garage for your Rhino would run you at leat $12k to have it built.

My dads got this awesome set of tools. If we built it ourselves it wouldn't be that bad since my grandfather owned a building material yard and has many connections for the lumber. Its the time that my dad doesn't have to help me build it.

I did a 12x40 for 2700 buck fully enclosed but the front, could of put a garage door on it for 800 but the city had me take it down when doing the pool so i didn't do it. They have left me alone for a year now so i'm going to put the door on.The place is called interstate carports do a search.

I know your cheap ass isn't spending 5K on a shed so I figured I would help out and find you a cheaper solution:)

This solves lots of problems......store your rhino under the tarp and now you have your own bedroom and don't have to sleep on the couch:D:D:eek:
