Jetaholic is the POS that did not pay. He broke his suction piece just before Labor Day, I had one, and helped him by shipping right away, he was back on the water the next weekend. Lots of empty promises by him and efforts by me to even take payments. It's a grand total of $255.00 and the guy has just disappeared from me. Whatever you do, don't help him he is just a scam artist like many we have seen here before. Jetaholic = Loser = good friend for Later.

He hasn't responded for over 6 weeks to my follow up attmepts. How much more time should I give him? This all started Monday. August27th when I shipped the piece the day he asked for help. He received it on Thursday Aug. 30th.

This is a business address. Anything shipped UPS or FEDEX will be received without complication here as we are open and always here during normal hours M-F every week. For the record I haven't been able to buy anything for the boat since I rebuilt the pump with that suction housing...not even the SS tubing I posted about in Just Jets. I was merely inquiring about how hard of a job it is to hard line a cooling system in a jet boat because I see it a lot and it looks a lot better than rubber hoses.
Vin Dog didn't buy the boat from me...he came on here stating that he was buying one from someone in San Jose and needed someone to transport it down to him in AZ. I jumped at the chance and rather than him pay me for doing it, we worked out a trade for parts he had that I was needing. He arranged for the seller to deliver it to me since I was only 2 hours south of him, and I trucked her down to Havasu where I met up with him and his kids to deliver the boat.
And for the record no I am not related to Later or any of his affiliates. If you notice, unlike Later I got him payed off and I got him payed off before the end of the month deadline that he gave me.
Yes I ran into a bad financial situation with some other bills (caused by me being impatient to get the boat running and putting the boat before everything else...bad judgement call on my part) and I'm finally getting caught up on everything so by the summer I should be good to go. And yes I handled this completely the wrong way and dropped contact with R.A.D.Man due to the fact that I didn't want to have to admit to my recent financial hardship caused by my own mistake...another bad judgement call on my part. For that I feel really bad for my actions and I have apologized to him several times and made sure that I got him squared away.
After the holidays I should be fully caught up on everything and hopefully be able to finish up the stuff I didn't get to finish up on her (like the carpet and a few cosmetics) as well as a couple of mods to the pump.
Again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused everyone.

To be honest no I wouldn't and rightfully so. I'm not contesting the actions of anyone here on Hot Boat...I was in the wrong and R.A.D.Man was in the right. I would've done the same thing.
