I need a GOOD divorce lawyer in the Inland Empire.......My sister is going thru hell with her divorce (no lawyer) and needs some GOOD advice quick....Please help.....

My sis is already divorced, she wants to sell her house (in her name only)...he is steping in saying she can't do it and he is going to hold it up in court.........

kids yes .....he is supposed to make the payments on the house and has not....my parents have made payments for over a year....she wants to sell it to me to get out from under it......he is pissed.....
she is going to move in with my parents in the same city.....

First you said she's going through hell with her divorce and then you posted this.
If she is already divorced and the house is in her name, he has no say.
If he was ordered to pay the house payment or child support and is not, he's in contempt of the court orders. He will have to pay that money back and it's pretty easy for her to go back to court and have that corrected.
If he's a year in arrears, there's a good chance he will lose his driver's license along with any other state licenses he may have.
