any one from the toledo ohio area?

i'm picking up some real estate in that area and was wondering if we had any peeps out there. might need to make trips there 3-4 times a year

I boat about 40 mins west of Toleado just south of the toll road. Basically where I-80 & I-69 cross. Name of the lake is Lake James in Pokagon State Park.
