I figure that if it has wheels, it better be 125" from the rear wheels to the front wheels.

Well Mikey,
Here's the deal, I have three sons but many only know Buzzz and Paul. Dave is between the two of them and he hadn't licensed to drive the 1/4 mile in the short cars so I bought a Spitzer roller that he and I built. He's now licensed in it. The process of building was way more fun than running the thing however for this dad raising sons. Here's Dave's car.

Well you can kinda see along the top of the bracket where it matches the radius of the tank there is like a one inch wide lip that has an edge on it and the tanks are held down with sst hose clamps that ride on the lip and the edge is intentended to keep the hose clamps from sliding off to the front or back.

BA Kurtis. Your new boat looks awesome. Only one change I would make-polished 5 spokes on the trailer. Some chrome Cragar SS or some polished AM racing torq thrust II's would finish off the trailer nice.

these pictures were taken a few weeks ago. i have the steering rigged and all the cavitation hardware on now. i just have to throw the gas tanks in and drill the gauges. o yea and one more little thing, find a motor.

1973 Nordic. It was bought in boxes with the hull setting in a field five years ago. Its not perfect but gets alot of attention at the local Lakes.Now I need to get my ASS in gear and put my 76 Schiada 22 together....

YEP!! RK told me got it from you. He stuck a 427 out of his Baron project in it, I got it turn key. The clear is coming off rather badly. Can you PM me about how the color was finished? What kind of paint or gel?

Hey mouse, did you get the pics i sent last week?
Started the engine build today. Finally! Got the crank and cam in. George over at Clay Smith did a hell of a job machining the block. The crank turns smooth as butter. Tues. I'll cut the rings and hopefully get the pistons in before I head to you neck of the woods.
Some other pics. Had to repaint the floor. What ever the black stuff was, would not chip off without taking resin with it. I tried stripping it and nothing would desolve it. Might of been a very thick coat of gelcoat laid down by Hallett back in 75'. Who knows? Not my first choice of floor finish's but financially my only choice.

Hope to have the boat ready for rigging within a year and on the water within 2. the most work will be making the floor like nothing anyone has seen before. SC Fab kicked everyones butt with the hardware matching the paint so I have to do something...lol. I think Amy came up with a great concept for the paint.

right on the photo, left click properties, left click & hold on the jpg address tell its all blue, drag over it, then right click on the blue, left click copy & go to where you want to post. Left click the yellow image box, when the address bar come up right click in it & click paste, the click ok. Copy & paste deal........c'mon!:D Call me or come by, the boat is lookin good!!
Who ever thought up picture posting should be shot! It has to be easier than this...:mad: :D :D Glad that I am old and don't have to learn any more of this crap...

It looks like a late model Hondo, but it might have been splashed because it had a different name on the back. The guy he was pitted with had that K&N Canyon that I think Ran in the High 7's

Boat 569 I saw this boat in Pheonix what kind of hull is that?
My boat is a Ram. It was built in Colorado. I have only seen two others. It is a splash off a Hondo. The bottom is the same as a Hondo but the top is different. The white canyon that was with me is Milton Tolens flat magic. We travel together to the races. He ran a best of 7.74 at Phoenix. Not bad for 466 cu in naturally aspirated.

pic # 1 last year @ Oldtown,Idaho.Hull is '75 Howard Bubbledeck Runnerbottom.The story is it's Jerk's fault for sending me free copy of the Northwest Nostys back 2004.I ran it the first year with your basic mild .030 over 454.The first pic is the first race after I changed a few things engine wise.....Hilborn Injection.As you can see I didn't have enough seat time and it got away from on lap 3 turn 4 while running up front.Didn't really hurt anything but my pride and bent one header.Pic # 2 is this year..but spun a bearing.It never ends...thanks Jerks..:D
