I agree with what she is saying because I was more than a little pissed after I got my Magazine and there was no Jessica Alba nudies!!! :argue: :cry:
Thank goodness I only paid $12.00 for a year subscription and free DVD. :crossx:

She has always rejected Playboys offers to pose and she didn't authorize them to put her on the cover.

In that link is says she was "voted the sexyest star of 2005, by the readers of playboy"... I mean come on... do you know how many women would KILL to get that.
ether way it was a sony pictures publicity phote.... my guess is Sony owns the rights too it and gave it to playboy for "publicity"....Nothong wrong with that.

That picture was a shot that was taken while she shot the movie "Into the Blue" with Paul Walker.
Since Playboys readers voted her the sexiest star they put her on the cover.
She didn't want to be on the cover and never authorized it.(There are no nude photos :cry: )

I doubt that she has a legal leg to stand on. She is in the public domain and she was doing something of public interest. The only recourse she could have is if the photographer of the pictures, or the current owner of them, had a contract concerning usage. Even then, Playboy would not be liable.

Go Jessica! Just because she's voted sexy does not give Playboy the right to use her.
Unless...she didn't read the fine print in her Into The Blue contract! Then she's screwed!
