Hey all, since this is the only post about this I will post here.
I am an avid PINK fan and went this year to run my Chevelle.
here is a slide show of some pics I took you may have to click on it to see it.
if I had a faster boat I bet he would be up to doing a PINKs on the water at firebird. That would fun as hell.
Anyway, I am signing up to build a car for the real PINKS. I will keep you all posted.

packed was not the word, it was barley even standing room to get near the bleachers,
There was 2 races that night not just the pink sweet 16 but a quick 8 for the 8 fastest door clammers.
They were running low 8's.
Hope they air that.
This event will be aired in February. Wait till you all see what class they picked. It was crazy. Over 400 cars and at least 10000 people watching.
Was anyone else running a car?

Be sure to tune into Pinks this Thursday night (Thanksgiving night) to see Dave & Rick Hough with their Nanook AA/FA making an exhibition run at Las Vegas with brother in law Vince doing the driving..

I heard it was high 12's... a friend of mine was running his El Camino out there, and was just a little to quick (at 12.49 if I heard that correct) to make the show.

wow! that is very surprising to me. i should have raced my lightning out there then. i was gonna take my 11 second camaro but i was convinced that they were gonna do a 10 or 9 second class so i blew it off. i bet there were only 30 cars at the most running 12's out there.
