we have a 70 hallett, the floor was carpeted.. underneath the carpet was paint and overspray. perhaps this boat had carpet and they took it out and repainted the floor. i dunno.

I had a 67 Sanger flat with a painted floor...it was painted 'cause it was all delaminated and rotten.:idea:
