It's Ken Warby and is building a new water rocket to surpass this phanominal World speed record.
Yes folks it's JET powered, V-Drive was not an option, although he has a New Casale Split case in his own pleasure boat built by Teague Marine.

A great site for speed freaks is SonicWind.com. It is my friend Waldo Stakes who is building one of the land speed record attempt challengers trying to bring back the LSR to the USA. His monthly newsletter (on the website) is worth reading also, especially this month. He also has links to other water speed record projects and other REAL interesting stuff.
