good and inexpensive don't go together when it comes to boats :D
I'd go with the Holley mechanical fuel pump, Rex Marine has them www.rexmar.com
you really don't want to skimp on the fuel pump

in addition to the Holley mech pump, that CAS refers to, Edelbrock also makes a very good mech pump...ck www.Summitracing.com they carry all kinds of mech pumps at good prices...just my .02 cents worth

If it is already a Holley or Edelbrock pump on your boat, there are rebuilt kits available too. This will drop the cost to about half the price of a new pump.
