TV question for you, which is the better set for me. It will be for use on the back yard patio.
JVC 32" mod. LT32E478
Sharp 32" mod. 32D43U
Audiovox 32" mod. FPE3206
Toshiba 37" mod. 37HL67
All are within $100. of each other, and all are 32" with the exception of the Toshiba which is 37".

The price is really close on all of those, so my preference would be,

Depends on the use, I would not mind getting one for a patio, kids room, garage, and I recommend purchasing the extended warranty thru Vizios website.
