Everything to lift older 2500

I have a '99 Chevy 3/4-ton crew cab 2500 2WD that a friend of mine is buying from me but he wants it lowered.
Therefore I have;
Fabtech 7.5-inch suspension lift (spindles, coils, upper arms)
Bilstein 5100 shocks all around
Rear Atlas Custom Built Leaf Springs for 5-inch rear lift
Kodiak Electric drop down steps (4)
Wheels/Tires
17-inch Weld Racing Dune 8 chrome wheels-8 lug 8x6.5 pattern-will fit newer HD's, Superduty's
Near new 35-inch Nitto All-Terrain tires
$2500 for everything or will seperate steps and wheels/tires
Parts wont be available for another month or so as I have to dis-assemble the truck and lower it.

I believe the kit will only fit up to 2000 Chevy 2500 before the body style changed. It may be worth asking a lift shop though.
The wheels and tires are around 600 a wheel so I figure $1500 for the set with fresh All terrains is fair.

How much for the wheels and tires? I have brand new wheels and tires i just got but I don't like the back spacing. Willing to make a partial trade?
