Looking for suggestions on how to get water to my new Chiller ? Biggest thing I don't want to do is add another hole anywhere on my boat. I know I'll need to add an exit line hole, but really don't want to add an intake hole too. Will the water inlet feed the engine, headers, and the chiller ? I'm thinking that's a lot to ask for one line ????
Just looking for suggestions, or how you added yours already.

If you are using a jet pump, you should have plenty of water pressure. just dump it out with the regular dump line. Just my 2 cents.

yes it will make sure you run big enough hose's to feed it all

I would say that 1/2" lines would work and then you could reduce down if you need to. I think I read somewhere that a jet pump can generate between 100 and 300 psi of water pressure, that's too much for the engine anyway. I'm installing a pressure relief valve and setting it to about 15 psi.
