About 1 year ago they merged into the casino business,and they are good people,the best.

I am not critisizing them...I just heard that they are around $400MM richer, and maybe out of the oil business?
If it's true, it must be a sad day for red paint manufacturers...lol.

out of the gas biz and got heavier into the resort/casino biz? I've met all the brothers, and their dad a few times. They are great people.

I dont know them, however the rep is good. its the next guy that I was refering to, a new owner spending big bucks and will be looking for a quik return (noted as greedy in my previous post)... thats all
Obviously quite successfull, no bitterness. More than happy to see a good thing come to peeps when they work so hard.

ok, I misread your post then. But they are really nice people. We have mutual friends. I have run into them at Woody's in Newport. Just really nice people. You'd never know.......I like that!!
One of my relatives is an electrician. After working on a home for them in Newport, the family treated all the workers to a weekend in Vegas. That was really a first class thing to do.
I wish them the best. And I would go out of my way to use there business ventures just because of their reputation.

LOL 2 1350 Sterlings... along with 2 spares in crates sold separately. nice. I've got to ask, why is the cockpit so narrow when the boat is so wide? It seems that they could put another 2 seats in the back.

Been longer than that. Actaully, last year I think he sold out his share of The Orleans, but Jerry has had his stake in many hotel casinos. Nugget, coast casinos, etc.
They are good peeps, I agree. Our dads are friends and I spent many summers with them on Mead growing up. Good people all the way around.
