My local news site, KABC 7/Los Angeles, changed the format of their page and it sux (that and they are lacking on news updates).
I've searched around and can't seem to find a good mix of local news, and state/world news. Most of the news sites are either too crowded, or lack local news options.
Some ISP's offer cool start pages, what are you using?

You might want to check out the start page Odysen (http://www.odysen.com). It has widgets, multiple pages, and social networking features.
Here is a page for Los Angeles, http://www.odysen.com/pages/1434.
