I have a new (1 year old) home that I have been renting out to a young couple who have now purchased a home. It is on the North side of town and backs to BLM land. Stainless Appliances, granite, 3 bedroom 2 bath. It has a boat deep garage and I put a roll door on the back garage door so if you like to ride (quads, jeep, rhino, etc.) you can just roll up your garage door and be in the desert in about 20 seconds. Great lake views and I'd like to rent it to a HB member if possible. Looking to do a one year lease with the option to purchase if that was of interest. If you are interested, pm me and I will shoot you pics. It will be available at the first of the year.
