help posting pics

I just downloaded and saved a ton of pictures from my digital camera and want to post some. They are saved (using compupicpro) in my files and I want to post some into various places in here. Can someone give me the steps in bunny rabbit language please.
Yes I know I have seen instructions in here 100 times but here I am today....

you can edit your post in that other thread and remove "th_" from the address of the properties th_=thumbnail designation
