I need this gone as I have found another house to buy at the river. Attached is the google map to where this place is and the pics I have. Doing a FSBO - so make an offer but I am asking 375K. Can carry 20% if needed to make your loan better.

Its a 3/2 and about 1600 sqft maybe on the living according to the old listing.

Paging new2cats.....rent now to see if you like it, plenty of room for the DCB, w/ an option to buy in April. Michele helped do this one too, so bump for her, she will find you the perfect house.
Thanks to these boards, this place should be getting a pool soon as well, should see some ideas/pricing today.

Really nice pad!!!! Just waiting on an investment return in Spring before we can pull the trigger. If your home is still available in April , PM me please.
