OUCH!! We had our F-250 for four years. Not one problem! Both Chevy and Ford have their drawbacks!

I was just kidding i have owned all 3 and never had a problem with chevy ford or dodge.Had a f-250 that i put 100k without changing brakes and towing a 28ft boat so i know there good.I gues since my wife works for a dodge dealer i like them the best but currently drive a f-350.:D

Thanks all, we love it, yep it's the new 6.4L diesel and gas is expensive but the mileage, though it's low, is higher then the chevy was getting at 4.5 mpg with 17,000 lbs of boat and trailer UP hill. This one should get around 10mpg up that hill to Powell.
I've had Chevy's for the most part, and liked them all, always considered myself a Chevy man, but this is one hell of a nice truck. We're stoked!:D
No excuses is right, I'm ready to go to the lake, any lake. To bad it's so cold and rainy.

very nice lookin ride congrats,just hope you dont have the same fate as a friend of mine his had a oil leak with less than 1000 miles on it they had to take the cab off the truck to fix it i guess half the motor is under the dash , anyway good lookin rig enjoy

Thanks, ya, I've heard some of the horror stories on that diesel forum.
I figure the ratio of bad stories to trucks on the road gives me good odds that things will go well.
