Financial decision to sell. I have a mandatory settlement hearing on my work comp/retirement case on the 19th, so if it doesn't sell by then, after the hearing I'll either take it off the market, or really need to sell it.
I love the boat, and hope to keep it, but there are far more important things in my life besides a boat.
