Of course, if there were any, CA would be the first state to do it.
I wonder how they'd engineer the test dyno for that...:D :D :D

Can't be done. In California it is perfectly legal to modify a pre- 1968 import or pre- 66 domestic vehicle any way you want. Why ??? Because there were no tailpipe emission laws in place at that time for those vehicles. That's why all the street rods you see have blowers etc. Furthermore, it is impossible to gather an exhaust sample from a boat engine exhaust because of the water. If they were to begin testing, it would consist of a visual inspection on vessels that were originally required to have emission controls. Look for that to happen on motorcycles first.
