How about this concept. Since the EPA and powers-that-be will be changing the approval process on motors over 500 HP...I see smaller boats (24'-28') getting staggered twins or side-by-side small blocks in the 350HP range to fly under the radar...how about triple small blocks in 30'ers??? I am sure we will witness some very clever ways to get around catalytic conv. and EPA guidelines.....my vote is for smaller mtors in multiples!!??

We had lots of other custom "V" boats built in the past 10 years when really all I ever wanted was an Eliminator or DCB....I usually built then sold my other boats within 8 months...could not scratch that CAT FEVER!!! Now, if I live until the LA show.....my yearning is over..(until next season when I talk the wife into another bigger badder boat......naaahhhh)!!-;)

A. I have not touched my motors since Larry did them. I was the one who wanted new head gaskets and crank triggers.:)
B. The drives were my fault! Lower units + shallow rock formation = broken skegs.:(
