The elevation drawings are not complete for the Health Department. There are no FRP or washable surfaces along with a continuous floor up the walls. No scheduled refridgeration for the milk and not enough air CFM internally for there to be no air curtain above the fireplace opening. That is, IF you were serving milk and cookies. I guess santa is SOL on food services.
