More power to you on the stack of tires. Since I lifted my truck that is what my garage looks like. As long as you don't have one tied to a rope on a tree in your front yard and a broken down 69 Nova with primer is not sitting on your front lawn your cool. Give me an update on the gelcoat.

What brand is that fuel filter? Is it a K&N? I have them on mine but be warned, they filter 5x better than typical kind and therefore can clog quickly with a dirty tank. You may want to pick up a replacement filter disc and keep it in the boat with you. Let me know if its one of them.

Any ideas?we bent those lines we used a tubing bender from harbor freight it worked well use big long peices it makes it eaiser to hold on too! and do one line at at time iam useing regular steel . thats why its powder coated ! we tryed stainless and it was too strong , i went to kargen i bought some pre made lines and cut the ends off them and then bent those it was way eiser! good luck;) !
any how ! and rick i am using the k&n filter can you get the replacement discs it was the best looking and most gph i could find! for the money i heard that k&n stoped making it is this true! i like it ! wink

Replacement discs are available, of course. The filters are almost too good so if you notice a sudden drop of RPM or speed for no apparent reason look there first before you assume its something major. They are sort of being discontinued. They are being re-worked to have less milled grooves (cuts down on cost). We are also working with a new vendor to supply us with variable grade filter discs. This will allow you to choose how much filtration you want. As they are now, its down to 10 microns with a typical fuel filter being 50 microns. That would be cool if you could pick your level I think.

"....Yeah, very sparkley, KMart sucks."
Very nice motor. Maybe one day my 460 will look similar to that! Almost to shiney to see!! Post some pics of you're interior too, and help us fledgelings! I just painted my boat with single stage automotive paint, and plan to gel coat in a few seasons. Please keep us posted! Keep up the good work!

Nothing wrong with a 460. My motor runs killer. It's not what I would consider fast but it runs all weekend and I never have to wrench.
