Does anyone have tips or a lil info on replacing a transome on a 20ft Rogers with a whacker?

Ive donne a couple. Just cut it outLOL. A pry bar will become your friend

If you can get your hands on a "cast saw" you will love it. They have small round oscilating blades and are used for removing plaster casts from broken legs and arms. It allows you to make precise cuts real quick. A relative gave me mine, he does prothsetics (sp). They cut fiberglass real good. The blade is about 3" in diameter and doesnt actually spin, just oscilates to cut.
