I have a 2007 Silverado Classic C1500 w/ext. cab. I'm wanting to lower it, but can't decide on whether to go 2/4 or 4/6 drop.
Does anyone have any pics comparing the two? Also can I run the stock tire diameter if I decide to go 4/6 without any clearance issues?
Which drop kits are the best to go with? Coil spring or spindle?
Also...I'm running Air Lift air bags as well...will I have to change air bags with a drop kit?

eibach 2/4 coil spring,no c notch needed.
Dont use the djm c notch if you decide 4/6.
I wish i went with the 2/4.
McGraughys has good spindles.
Belltech has a bigger offset.
4/6 works with the stock tires, but how long will it stay stock:D

Depends on what you want out of the truck....
Do you want to build a sport truck or a slammed custom.
Here is a picture of my 03 with the DJM 2-4 and 20's (It was actuallly a tad lower)

I have had a truck with a 5-7 drop and I really liked how the 03 rode/looked. If I was gonna do it again I would do teh Hotchikis 2/4 drop with front and rear sway bars.

Looks like the 2/4 is what I want. The main thing is to lower it so it matches my lowered boat trailer better, but still be able to function as a tow vehicle. The Air Lift Smart Air system I have on my truck will assist with that.
Which leads me to the other question...will I have to get shorter bags? Or is there some sort of an adapter kit that will make the stock bags work?
