I have finally after years of wanting one, purchased a 28' Eliminator Daytona. It just popped out of the mold the other day. It will have twin 525's in it. I'm really excited and cant wait to get some seat time in it. Here's a few pics.

Very nice! I am curious what insurance is going to run you on that thing with twin 525's? Good luck.

Are you sitting down? $6400.00 a year with a 5 month layup period. OUCH!!!

Damn, all that money for a boat and you would think they would at least give you a rub rail and finish buffing out the gel.. Duhh?

Well, looks like a 28 Daytona with twin 525's has been scratched off my wish list :) I think I will stick with my underpowerd V bottom for a little longer.

True or $100/ hour at 64 hours a year. :2purples: But a "lot of money" is a relative term.

This is kind of mind blowing.... with the boat payment, insurance payment and gas and expexting to go out at least 25 times this year it figures to be about $1000.00 everytime the boat hits the water. Oh god I'm gonna sick.
