I have four lots in mead view starting at 22k to 28k all have water and power
will sell or trade for???
I bought these with the Idea that I was going to develop them,
I was going to buy 4 repo mod homes/trailers
then sell them at a huge profit, then when I found out how much I had to
give my uncle sam for not lifting a finger to help I had second thoughts'
that and my current condition ( lazy as foc) I decided to go ahead and
sell them, I have one lot thats in the water haul area thats not for sell

Can you post pics of the view and maybe a link to one of those satellite pics for location? Also, you interested in a trade for a condo in Bullhead in a riverfront community, common dock etc? Are the lot ready to build on or do they need grading?

the lots are nice flat lots, they are right in town
lots 15,16, and 28 are on escalante
and lot 56 on Silver creek,
