Regrettably, I have to announce that my client Mr. Sammons has decided to dismiss his lawsuit against Mike Minegar.
While I am disappointed, the dismissal comes after a report I received today from our retained trademark expert. His opinion is (and anticipated trial testimony will be) that Minegar has caused irreparable damage to the RCL name.
We therefore announce that Mr. Minegar has been given full custody and legal ownership to both the names "RCL" and "Rattle Can Lou" from this day forward.

Billy, I was at the mall.......Standing by the entrance of a store ringing a bell...........Being a friend to man, (and woman/children).
