I have been looking at a 06 lightning 25xs, 19 hours, excellent cond, with tower. I am at 36k, and the owner wants 40k. Is the boat worth it? I have two other boats and only want it, don't need it.

I would be interested in value if your friend is looking at lightning, he would know real value used. The boat looks great, white with blue tribal flames, nice tower with speakers and four board racks. Nice extreme traler. The boat draws a crowd. Is this the normal price for a late model used 25' hot boat? I appreciate your input.

That is a great price. Genesis has the mold along with a new deck for the 25 Extreme. I believe Lightning now has another 25 as we do not build or sell bare hulls for them. Great price- jump on it
