We are considering spending Easter at Havasu with our family:) .
Does anyone know of a Condo rental with dock or access to a dock for approximately 5 days/week term.
In the alternative, a house might be inorder but we wanted to be close to the water without trailering boat(s) to and from a home.
This is a family event and not the college crowd--- I say this to alleviate any concerns about the rental.
Any suggestions and recommendations regarding accomodations or do's and don'ts are appreciated.
Very truly yours,
KAP

John, only options for on the water are the Kings View condos, the London Bridge Resort, or a condo rental in the Isles as far as I know. There is always the Nautical...:jawdrop:

Thanks Havasu Dreamin:
I was wondering about Kingsview Condos---
A. If anyone has stayed at one of the units and
B. How they liked it and what they didn't like etc...
OR
Perhaps someone has a hook up for great accomodations.
We usually stay at the Hampton Inn and found it to be great.
We simply wanted a condo so we can cook dinner together as a family and relax versus going to restaurants and rolling the dice:D .

John;
London Bridge Resort is nice...they have 2 bedroom units with a balcony and staircase to a roof observation deck. 2 bathrooms really help!!!
Also, I believe you can reserve a dock.
Only downside: The club (Kokomos?) can be really loud until 2-3am. Just get your sound-spa machine going and bring ear plugs if you wanna tuck in early!
We are doing Powell over Easter break...staying at Marriott in Page, keeping boats at the new slips (Antelope Point). They have a nice new facility there and Page has bowling, movies, golfing, etc.
Wanna join us with that bad a$$ Howard Sportdeck????:)

go to VRBO.COM and search LHC for Kingsview condos, they are all there and the places are great to stay at.

You can rent a park model here-- http://www.islanderrvresort.com/ and they also have a company that will rent you a golf cart for however long you want.

That is an awesome offer however Powell is a definite 7-10 day event if we decided to go and everyone cannot get that much free time even being self-employed:D .

I will send you a PM later tonight tomorrow.
