Anyone running one...feedback?I had a summit hei dist in my 454 last year. Couldn't get it to time at total and idle. I pulled the distributor and found that the roll pin was loose in the shaft,not the gear. I could get the gear to move at least 5 degrees. I probably came close to ruining a motor because of a cheap dist. My 85 Eliminator Daytona came with all msd stuff and I am impressed with the performance.

I would be willing to bet Summit had those parts made for them from a company in China.
Spend the good money on the good parts and yell, scream, jump up and down about the price(just like all of us do) and after the cost wears off, you will know you have bought the best there is.

im running a hei with an advance lock out.works great for me.can run over a 100 mph with it.isummit has a msd kit for hei with a rev limitor that works good but mine went out in 1 season so went back to stock
