Oil Leak from lower unit

I have a volvo sx unit and I recently noticed an oil leak from the lower unit. It is on the edge of dripping down the steg, comming from where the propeller is. I look through the propeller and noticed a spot of oil towards the back as you peer through. I have stored my boat with the drive unit approximately 1-2 inches off the ground.
I am located in the long beach area. Any recommendations on local volvo shop would be great as well.
