I've got a GM crate, ZZ 502. I'd likr to 'remote mount' my oil filter. I can't get an application part number for my engine.
Can anybody help.
Thanks, Mark

What oil filter do you run? Get the specs on that, then go to Summitracing.com and get an oil filter bypass adapter (screws on in place of the filter, and has two pipe fittings to run to the remote filter). Then get yourself a remote filter adapter, and some hose to connect the two. It looks like you have plenty of room on the transom for the filters.
You can also get the kit complete at Summit or Jegs.com, that will have the adapters, hoses, the works.

Just look in summit or jegs they sell a remote oil filter kit for a chevy, that is where I got mine and it works awesome.

Depending on what generation motor you have you need to get one of these (http://www.cpperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=559) and one of these (http://www.cpperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=810) to make it happen. Good Luck.
